Motherhood YXE
It was the Spring of 2021. Covid restrictions were lifting. Moms were tired of google and being isolated! In-person resources where mamas could share their journeys, delights, concerns and mama wisdom were hard to find. Hence, Motherhood YXE was born! Outside for the summer months and indoors for the winter months, our FREE weekly drop-in mama group has grown. We enjoy frequent informative and fun guest speakers including presentations from our very own mama-champions! We participate in the annual Quintessence Breastfeeding Challenge and contribute to initiatives that support women & families. NICU edition
Welcome to a warm and nurturing mom group designed for moms and babies who need a little extra care and understanding. Whether your journey includes a NICU stay, a premature birth, health challenges, or simply the need for time to process your experience, you are not alone.
Here, you'll find a circle of compassionate mamas who just get it—ready to listen, support, and walk alongside you. This is a space where worries can be shared, milestones (big and small) are celebrated, and where both you and your baby are met with kindness, patience, and a gentle embrace.
Come as you are—tired, joyful, overwhelmed, hopeful. Together, we create a soft landing, a place to rest, connect, and grow. ❤️ We meet Tuesdays 2:30-4:30. Check out the Events Calendar for Summer & Winter locations.
West Winds Baby Circle
West Winds Baby Circle is a Free drop-in support group for moms
We meet Thursdays from 9:30 until 11:00 at West Winds Primary Health Centre, 3311 Fairlight Drive on the east side of Saskatoon. The group is a safe place for moms and babies to socialize. Facilitated by a Lactation Consultant with frequent guest speakers. If you are having breastfeeding challenges and live in the Saskatoon area, call the Breastfeeding Centre for support 306-655-4806.

Saskatoon Mothers’ Centre
We are guided by the principles that embrace diversity, beginning with women’s strength, and support a child-friendly multi-generational approach. We seek to relieve poverty and the consequences of poverty by providing accessible resources and training to mothers in core communities of Saskatoon. Women who participate in the Centre’s programs share in conversation, discussion, food, learning, crafts, and cultural activities.

Reclaim Maternity baby kids
Reclaim Maternity kindly opens their hearts and doors to new mamas. Mondays and Wednesdays doors open at 9am for an hour of intimate mama/caregiver time. Mondays are open to moms and caregivers of children under 1yrs old. Free coffee, doughnuts & friendship. Wednesdays are designed for the ‘After Birth’ moms who are looking for more TLC & community.
